Managing Director, Head of Asset Management
Craig Tagen, equity partner and Managing Director, is Clarion Partners’ Head of Asset Management, responsible for oversight and coordination of the firm’s national platform. He is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Craig is also the sector head for Clarion Partners’ national office portfolio, setting policy and directing all office asset management activities across the United States. Prior to this, Craig was a portfolio manager for an international investor in U.S. office properties. Craig joined the firm in 1997 and began working in the real estate industry in 1984.

DAVID T. CONFER
Director
David Confer, equity partner and Director, is responsible for managing the firm’s largest industrial portfolio. He oversees the investment results of properties in major industrial markets across the United States and Mexico. He is also the industrial sector head for Clarion Partners’ national asset management platform, setting policy and overseeing all asset management activities for the firm’s industrial investments in the Americas. David joined Clarion Partners in 2003 and began working in the real estate industry in 1989. He is a member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. David is also an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ National Industrial Development III Forum.

DIANE FOX
Senior Vice President
Diane Fox is a Senior Vice President and asset manager at Clarion Partners focused solely on the hospitality sector. Diane oversees all asset management activities related to Clarion’s portfolio of hotel investments across the United States. She joined Clarion Partners in 2008 with more than 11 years of hotel experience, and began working in the real estate industry in 1995.

ROBERT D. GREER, JR.
Managing Director
Rob Greer, equity partner and Managing Director, is a portfolio manager at Clarion Partners. He is also the sector head of multifamily asset management, setting policy and overseeing all asset management activities across the United States. Rob led successful closings on 77 transactions totaling over $3.6 billion, including $1.5 billion of sales for Clarion’s Lion Gables Apartment Fund. He is also the manager of the Washington, D.C. office. Rob joined Clarion Partners after ING Real Estate’s acquisition of his previous firm in 1998, and began working in the real estate industry in 1986. He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Multi-Housing Council’s Board of Directors.

CHRISTOPHER W. ROSCOE
Senior Vice President
Chris Roscoe is a Senior Vice President and asset manager at Clarion Partners. He is also the sector head of retail asset management, setting policy and directing all retail asset management activities in the United States and Mexico. He joined the firm in 2004 and began working in the real estate industry in 1972. Chris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers through which he became a Certified Shopping Center Manager in 1977 and a Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager in 1995. He is a frequent lecturer for the International Council of Shopping Centers, both at the John Riordan School and the University of Shopping Centers. Chris was a member of the ING Real Estate Investment Management Global Retail Platform, establishing a deal flow pipeline and identifying U.S. retailers seeking to expand in Europe and China.
