RALPH J. (Jeb) BELFORD, III
Managing Director
Jeb Belford, equity partner and Managing Director, is a portfolio manager for Clarion Partners’ value-added strategies. He also has oversight of the firm’s investment initiatives in Brazil. Previously, Jeb was an acquisitions leader for the firm, completing more than $3.5 billion in real estate transactions across a broad range of strategies. His background includes all aspects of investment management - acquisitions, asset management, leasing and operations, financing and sales – for assets of all property types and risk strategies totaling over $5.0 billion, in markets across the U.S. and in Latin America. Jeb joined Clarion Partners in 1995, and began working in the real estate industry in 1984. Education

DOUGLAS J. BOWEN

Doug Bowen, equity partner and Managing Director, is the portfolio manager of the Clarion Development Ventures Funds, a series of closed-end opportunistic vehicles. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Previously, Doug was a portfolio manager for several of Clarion’s separate account clients. Before becoming a portfolio manager, he was responsible for acquiring and managing properties valued at approximately $5.0 billion. ROBERT D. GREER, JR.

Rob Greer, equity partner and Managing Director, is a separate account portfolio manager at Clarion Partners. He is also the sector head of multifamily asset management, setting policy and overseeing all asset management activities across the United States. Rob led successful closings on 77 transactions totaling over $3.6 billion, including $1.5 billion of sales for Clarion’s Lion Gables Apartment Fund. He is also the manager of the Washington, D.C. office. Rob joined Clarion Partners after ING Real Estate’s acquisition of his previous firm in 1998, and began working in the real estate industry in 1986. He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Multi Housing Council’s Board of Directors. Education

Steve Cordes, equity partner and Managing Director, is Clarion Partners’ Chief Operating Officer and Head of Portfolio Management. He is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Executive Board and its Investment Committee. Steve is also the portfolio manager and Chairman of the General Partner of the Lion Gables Apartment Fund, a closed-end, value-added, sector fund created through the 2005 public-to-private transaction involving Gables Residential Trust. Steve joined Clarion Partners in 1997 and began working in the real estate industry in 1978. He is on the Executive Committee of the National Multi Housing Council, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, and the Pension Real Estate Association. Stephen Hansen, equity partner and Managing Director, is the lead Portfolio Manager of Clarion Partners’ flagship fund. In this role, he has oversight of portfolio strategy, property investments, asset management and reporting. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Board. Steve joined Clarion Partners in 1999 and began working in the real estate industry in 1985. He is a Counselor of Real Estate and a Fellow of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Education

JAMES HENDRICKS

Jim Hendricks, equity partner and Managing Director, is the Chief Executive Officer for the firm’s largest industrial portfolio and head of Clarion Partners’ Industrial Property Group. Jim is also responsible for Clarion Partners’ real estate investment management business in Mexico. A partner with Trammell Crow affiliates for 21 years, Jim joined Clarion Partners in 2002 when the firm acquired the Crow Holdings Industrial Trust. He has been involved in over $3 billion of development transactions. Jim began working in the real estate industry in 1981, and in the finance industry overall in 1974. CHARLES R. LATHEM
Managing Director, Head of the Clarion Partners Hospitality Investments Group
Chuck Lathem, equity partner and Managing Director, is the head of Clarion Partners’ Hospitality Investments Group. He is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s portfolio of investments in the hospitality sector; and also managing relationships with hotel operators and partners. During the course of his career, he has completed the acquisition and/or development of hotels totaling more than $3.5 billion, including $1.5 billion since joining Clarion Partners. His prior real estate investment management experience includes managing and restructuring the Teacher Retirement System of Texas’ $2 billion real estate portfolio. Chuck joined Clarion Partners in 2006 and began his career in the real estate industry in 1981. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Hospitality Asset Managers Association. STEPHEN P. LATIMER

Steve Latimer, equity partner and Managing Director, is the portfolio manager for three of the firm’s separate account clients. He is a member of Clarion Partners’ Investment Committee and the head of the Seattle office. During his tenure with the firm, he has served in a number of capacities, including acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management. He has been involved in the acquisition of over $3 billion of real estate throughout the U.S., spearheaded the purchase of an industrial operating company that was the foundation of Clarion Partners’ industrial sector portfolio, and, on behalf of an off-shore investor, acquired an equity position in, and served on the board of, a domestically-controlled private REIT focused on grocery-anchored shopping centers. Steve joined Clarion Partners in 1986 and began working in the real estate industry in 1984. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Education

Bruce Morrison, equity partner and Managing Director, is a portfolio manager at Clarion Partners. Bruce has executed more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions as a portfolio manager at Clarion Partners. In addition to his portfolio management role, Bruce has been responsible for asset management and loan special servicing at Clarion Partners. Kevin Rodgers, Senior Vice President, is a portfolio manager responsible for a key separate account relationship at Clarion Partners. Kevin oversees the strategic planning and asset management of portfolios that include retail, office, industrial and hotel properties in core and value-added strategies. Kevin has been involved in transactions totaling $8.5 billion, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Kevin joined the firm in 2000 and began working in the real estate industry in 1979. Steve Spey, equity partner and Managing Director, is a portfolio manager at Clarion Partners, responsible for the investment success of several of the firm’s key separate account portfolios. Steve has executed more than $3.0 billion in real estate transactions over the course of his career, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. In addition, he has had direct responsibility for the completion of over $1.0 billion in development projects. His asset management experience includes all major property types, for both domestic and international clients. Steve joined Clarion Partners in 2003 and began working in the real estate industry in 1974. Mark Weld, equity partner and Managing Director, is the head of Clarion Partners’ New England regional headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. He also serves as a portfolio manager with additional responsibilities for acquisitions and asset management activities. Since joining the firm, Mark has managed a number of public and private separate account clients investing in all major property types and markets throughout the United States. TIMOTHY GUY
Director
Tim Guy, equity partner and Director, is the portfolio manager for one of Clarion Partners’ key separate accounts; he has broad experience in all phases of real estate investment management. For the last 11 years, he was an assistant portfolio manager for several separate account relationships. Prior to becoming a portfolio manager, Tim was an asset manager, with responsibilities for a multi-state portfolio that included retail, office, industrial and multifamily assets. His transaction record includes acquisitions and dispositions ($1 billion) and financings (more than $1 billion). He has also played a marketing role at Clarion, having raised capital for both public and private equity real estate investment, primarily from the Middle East. Tim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, REIAC, and NAIOP. He joined Clarion Partners in 1996 and began working in the real estate industry in 1990. Education
