Acquisitions

Responsible for helping source, analyze, perform due diligence, and negotiate the purchase of new property investments.

Asset Management

Responsible for maximizing asset performance and helping develop long-term strategies for acquisitions, operations, dispositions, and financing.

Client Capital MaNAGEMENT (CCM)

Supports the Firm’s distribution efforts, including building and managing key client relationships, developing new products, and raising capital. CCM is also responsible for Firm-level marketing and communications.

Investment Research

Contributes to the development of property acquisition and disposition strategies through extensive knowledge of demographic, psychographic, and other market trends, property financials, risk elements and more. Also responsible for the Firm's public thought leadership efforts.

Portfolio Management

Responsible for overall fund management and strategy, including investment decisions, operating policies and client relationships.

Office Support Functions

Roles which provide supportive services critical to the success of the Firm in information technology, financial services and accounting, human resources management, and communications support.
