Firm partners with Wentworth Property to develop new 162-unit
multifamily complex in Opportunity Zone
New York, NY – June 23, 2025 – Clarion Partners, LLC, a leading real estate investment manager, is partnering with Wentworth Property Company to develop Highmark, a new 162-unit townhome and apartment community in Bozeman, MT. Located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) on 8+ acres in the broader South University District master-planned neighborhood, Highmark is bringing high-quality rental housing options to one of the most rapidly-growing micropolitan areas in the U.S. Leasing began in April 2025, and the project is scheduled for completion in late 2025.
