Managing Director Kimberly Adams has been awarded two major industry awards from Bisnow and The Goldie Initiative, solidifying Kim's status as a leader and powerhouse within the commercial real estate field. Kim has been named a 2025 New York Power Women Honoree by Bisnow and the 2025 Shero by The Goldie Initiative.
- The Bisnow Power Women list highlights women who are leaders and top producers in New York's competitive commercial real estate landscape. Kim was recognized alongside more than two dozen honorees at the New York Power Women Cocktail & Award Ceremony on October 8, 2025.
- The Goldie Initiative's 2025 SHERO award is presented annually to a woman executive who is regarded as a hero for her outstanding industry achievements and dedication to mentoring the next generation of female commercial real estate professionals. Kim was presented with this prestigious accolade at the annual Goldie Gala, which took place on September 18, 2025, at Union Station in Chicago.
Kim is a member of Clarion's leadership team and is Head of the Alternatives Platform, responsible for spearheading the development and execution of Clarion's alternative property sector strategies. In addition, Kim currently serves on the board of PREA, the board of the PREA Foundation, and as Chairman of Kellogg's Real Estate Advisory Council at Northwestern, her alma mater. She is active in ULI, serving as a Global Governing Trustee and co-chair of Chicago's WLI chapter. Kim also serves on the board of International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC).
