(Jeb) Belford, IIIManaging Director Jeb Belford, equity owner and Managing Director, is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee and is the lead portfolio manager for Clarion Partners’ flagship fund. He also has oversight of the Firm’s investment initiatives in Brazil. Previously, Jeb was an acquisitions leader for the Firm, completing more than $3.5 billion in real estate transactions across a broad range of strategies. His background includes all aspects of investment management - acquisitions, asset management, leasing and operations, financing and sales – for assets of all property types and risk strategies totaling over $5.0 billion, in markets across the U.S. and in Latin America. Eric BergwallManaging Director Eric Bergwall is an equity owner and Managing Director at Clarion Partners. He is a Senior Portfolio Manager, currently responsible for overseeing three separate accounts with a total GAV of almost $3.0 billion. Thanh BuiManaging Director Thanh Bui is an equity owner and Managing Director at Clarion Partners. In her role as a Portfolio Manager of Subordinate Debt Investments, she is responsible for the origination and structuring of complex mezzanine, B-note and senior mortgage investments for development, transitional and stabilized properties. Thanh is also responsible for managing the underwriting and closing process. With 15 years of real estate investment management experience, Thanh joined Clarion Partners in 2012 from RREEF where she managed transactions and developed debt strategies for the firm. ConferManaging Director David Confer, equity owner and Managing Director, is responsible for managing the Firm’s largest industrial portfolio, one of the largest private industrial funds in the United States. He oversees the investment results of properties in major industrial markets across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Additionally, he is a member of Clarion Partners’ Compensation Committee and Career Management Committee and functions as the Head of Clarion Partners’ Dallas office. David joined Clarion Partners in 2003 and began working in the real estate industry in 1989. Drew FungManaging Director Drew D. Fung is an equity owner, Managing Director and Head of the Debt Investment Group at Clarion Partners. He oversees the Firm’s investment activities in various types of commercial real estate debt instruments, including mezzanine loans, B-notes and select preferred equity interests. Drew is also Chair of the Debt Investment Committee. Drew joined Clarion Partners from RREEF and he has 25 years of real estate experience. This experience includes more than 18 years in the debt sector, with more than $2 billion in debt transactions in all commercial property types. Robert D. Greer, Jr.Managing Director Robert Greer is an equity owner and Managing Director at Clarion Partners as well as a Portfolio Manager, with responsibilities for all phases of portfolio management, asset management and disposition activities. While at Clarion, Rob has overseen over 115 transactions with a total market value of over $6.5 billion. Prior to assuming full time portfolio management responsibilities in April 2013, Rob also served as Clarion's sector head of multifamily. He is also the manager of the Washington, D.C. office. Rob serves on the Executive Committee of the National Multi-Housing Council’s Board of Directors. Charles R. LathemManaging Director Chuck Lathem, equity owner and Managing Director, is the head of Clarion Partners’ Hospitality Investments Group. He is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s portfolio of investments in the hospitality sector; and also managing relationships with hotel operators and partners. During the course of his career, he has completed the acquisition and/or development of hotels totaling more than $3.5 billion, including $1.5 billion since joining Clarion Partners. His prior real estate investment management experience includes managing and restructuring the Teacher Retirement System of Texas’ $2 billion real estate portfolio. Guilherme PalocciVice President Guilherme Palocci is a Vice President at Clarion Partners and is the Portfolio Manager for the Brazil Investment Platform, with responsibility for the strategy and management oversight of activities in Brazil. Guilherme is a native of Brazil and is based in Sao Paulo. Donald D. SheetsManaging Director Donald Sheets is a Managing Director with Clarion Partners and a member of Clarion’s Debt Investment Committee. As Portfolio Manager of Special Situations Debt, he is responsible for the acquisition of performing/subperforming/nonperforming commercial real estate mortgage debt. Donald has 20 years of leadership, acquisition, asset management, capital formation, and restructuring experience, having acquired and managed over $3.6 billion of loans across multiple property types and geographies. Donald joined Clarion Partners in 2017 via Clarion’s acquisition of AlumCreek Holdings, a platform he founded in 2014, and began working in the real estate industry in 1998. Katie VazManaging Director Katie Vaz, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager for three of Clarion Partners’ separate account portfolios totaling over $1.2 billion in assets under management. For these portfolios, she has executed new investments totaling $900 million, dispositions totaling $750 million and financings totaling $800 million. Prior to focusing on separate account portfolio management, she was an asset manager of office product in the New York tri-state and Florida markets and also a portfolio management associate for Clarion Partners’ multifamily fund.
