Meet Clarion leadership

​Timothy Bright, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Multifamily Asset Management at Clarion Partners. He oversees the asset management group responsible for the investment results of over 90 assets (20,000 units) including core, value-add and development opportunities. Tim is responsible for reviewing acquisition underwriting, setting policy and directing all multi-family asset management activities at the Firm. Additionally, Tim is the portfolio manager for a value-add student housing fund that is co-sponsored by the Philadelphia-based student housing operator, Campus Apartments. His prior experience includes assignments as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and the asset management of office, retail and hotel investments. Tim has completed property disposition and financing transactions of nearly $3.0 billion. He joined Clarion Partners in 1999 and began working in the real estate industry in 1989. Tim is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (“NMHC”).

Khalid Rashid, equity owner and Managing Director, is a portfolio manager and former member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. As Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic initiatives for separate account funds consisting of over $9.3 billion GAV. Khalid serves as Clarion’s DEI Council Co-Chair and is a member of the Firm’s ESG Committee. He joined the Firm in 2008 and possesses more than 18 years of experience in the industry with extensive transaction and leadership experience in portfolio and asset management, acquisitions and financings. Khalid currently serves on Project REAP’s Executive Board as the Treasurer; the Robert A. Toigo Fellowship (RTF) Alumni Endowment Board as a member of the Fundraising Committee, and on the Board of Trustees for Westridge School. He graduated from Project REAP in 2006, completed the African American Board Leadership Institute’s Certificate Program in 2020 and completed McKinsey & Company’s Executive Leadership Program in 2022. Khalid was a RTF recipient in 2008 and was named among the RTF’s “40 Under 40” in 2014.

Gary E. Rufrano, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Acquisitions – U.S. for the Firm. He is a member of the Firm's Equity Investment and Operating Committees. Based in New York, Gary focuses on acquisition and development opportunities in the U.S. and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing transactions. He joined Clarion Partners in 2001 and has 20+ years of real estate experience in asset management, portfolio management and acquisitions.

Spence Sowa, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Asset Management at Clarion Partners and also serves as Head of the U.S. Office Sector. He is a member of Clarion’s Investment and Operating and ESG Committees,  During his career, Spence has been involved in over $1.5 billion worth of transactions in various capacities, with concentrations in asset management, acquisitions, development, capital markets and construction management globally. Additionally, he is a member of Clarion's DEI Council. Spence joined Clarion Partners in 2015 and began working in the real estate industry in 1999. ​

​Simon Allenby is a Managing Director at Clarion Partners Europe. He heads the European asset management operations from the company's office in London. He is also a member of Clarion's ESG Committee. Simon became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. He joined Gramercy Europe in 2016 and began working in the industry in 2005. Simon is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is fluent in German.

​Evans Anderson, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Americas Institutional Distribution for the Client Capital Management Group and leads institutional product development. He is a member of Clarion’s ESG and Risk Committee. ​Prior to this role, Evans served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for one of Clarion’s sector-specific open-end funds. Evans has over 20 years of real estate experience in portfolio management, acquisitions, asset management, and business development. He joined Clarion in 2016 and began working in the industry in 2004. ​

​​Jeb Belford, Managing Director, is the Chief Investment Officer of Clarion Partners. He is an equity owner in the Firm, chairman of the Firm’s Investment Committee, and a member of the Executive Board​. From 2013-2021 Jeb was the lead Portfolio Manager of the Firm’s open-end core fund, with overall responsibility for fund management and portfolio strategy. From 2005-2012, Jeb was the Portfolio Manager for the Firm’s value-add investment platform. Prior to becoming a portfolio manager, Jeb was a senior member of the Firm’s Acquisitions Group, completing investments across a broad range of strategies. His background includes all key aspects of portfolio management, including acquisitions, financing and sales totaling over $20 billion in all property types and risk strategies, in markets across the U.S., Brazil and Mexico. Jeb joined Clarion Partners in 1995 and began working in the real estate industry in 1984.​​

Susan Boccardi, equity owner and Managing Director, is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Clarion Partners, responsible for managing all legal and regulatory matters for the Firm. She is a member of the Executive Board and Operating Committee, and chair of the  Risk Committee. ​She also serves as legal advisor to the Investment Committee. Susan joined Clarion Partners in 2019 and has practiced law since 1992 in the financial sector.​​​

​Rory Buck is a Managing Director at Clarion Partners Europe. He manages the investment team and oversees the origination, execution, and financing of real estate assets across the continent. Rory is a member of the Clarion Partners Europe Investment Committee. He became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. Rory joined Gramercy Europe in 2016 and began working in the industry in 2008.

Thanh Bui is an equity partner and Managing Director at Clarion and co-manages the debt investment business for the Firm. She is a Portfolio Manager and is responsible for originating and structuring complex subordinate debt investments for core, value-add and development properties. Thanh is a member of Clarion’s Debt Investment Committee, DEI Council, Steering Committee of the Clarion Partners Women's Leadership Network (CPWLN), and ESG Committee.​ Thanh joined Clarion Partners in 2012 and has 25 years of experience in real estate, portfolio management, real estate finance and investment management. She is the Co-Chair of the High Yield and Alternative Leaders Forum for CRE Finance Council (CREFC-HYDRA), Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific Islander Business Resource Group for Franklin Templeton, a member of the New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX), and a Steering Committee member of the Clarion Partners Women's Leadership Network.

Alistair Calvert is CEO of Clarion Partners Europe, which was originally ThreadGreen Europe and then Gramercy Europe. He established the business in 2006, launching its first fund in 2007, with notable transactions of more than €2.2 billion of logistics and light industrial property. Alistair is a member of the Clarion Partners Europe Investment Committee. He became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. Alistair began working in the real estate logistics sector in 2000.

​David Confer, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager of the Firm’s largest industrial portfolio. Additionally, he is a member of Clarion Partners’ Executive Board, Compensation Committee and Career Management Committee and functions as the Head of Clarion Partners’ Dallas office. David leads the Clarion Industrial Property Group, overseeing the investment results of properties in major industrial markets across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. David joined Clarion Partners in 2003 and began working in the real estate industry in 1989. David is a member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also an active member of the NAIOP National Industrial Development III Forum. 

​Dayton Conklin, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager of the Firm’s largest industrial portfolio. Additionally, he is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Dayton shares overall portfolio management responsibilities for the Clarion Industrial Property Group. He has extensive experience executing real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, and developments) over the course of his career in markets across the U.S. Dayton joined Clarion Partners in 2007 and has been active in the industrial real estate sector since 1992. Dayton is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and is an active member of NAIOP’s Industrial Acquisitions I forum.

​Drew D. Fung, equity owner and Managing Director, is a portfolio manager within the Debt Investment Group. He oversees the Firm’s subordinate debt investment activities in various types of commercial real estate debt instruments, including mezzanine loans, B-notes and preferred equity interests. Drew is a member of the Debt Investment Committee, which approves all of the Firm’s financing activities, and a member of Clarion’s ESG Committee and Subcommittee on Resilience. Drew joined Clarion Partners in 2012 and began working in the real estate industry in 1987. He has comprehensive commercial real estate experience, including more than 20 years focused on subordinate debt that includes all property types and capital structures. He is a former Chair of a Urban Land Institute (ULI) Urban Development/ Mixed-Use Council, a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) Board of Governors, a frequent speaker at industry events, and has provided expert testimony to the U.S. Senate Banking Sub Committee regarding the impact of regulation on commercial real estate financing markets.

Jon Gelb, equity owner and Managing Director, is Lead Portfolio Manager for Clarion’s open-end core fund. He is also a member of the Firm’s Executive Board. Jon has responsibility for all facets of fund management including acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and investor communications. He joined the fund in 2014. Prior to 2014, Jon served as Assistant Portfolio Manager on the Firm’s open-end value-added fund. Prior to working in portfolio management, Jon worked in the Firm’s Acquisitions Group, where he underwrote East Coast transactions. Jon joined the Firm in 2007 and began working in the real estate industry in 2005.

​David Gilbert is the Chief Executive Officer of Clarion Partners. He is a member of the Firm’s Executive Board and Investment Committee. David is a member of the Board of Directors for Clarion Partners Holdings, LLC as well as a member of the Executive Board for Clarion Partners Management. He joined Clarion in 2007 and began working in the real estate industry in 1983. David is on the Board of Directors of the Pension Real Estate Association Foundation, and on the Board of Trustees for the Urban Land Institute. ​​​

​Timothy Guy, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager for separately managed accounts, investing across the major property types. Additionally, Tim serves on the Firm’s Debt Investment Committee and has coverage responsibilities for several strategic capital sources, working collaboratively with members of our Client Capital Management group. He joined Clarion Partners in 1996 and started in the real estate industry in 1992. Tim is a board member of the Boston chapter of NAIOP.

Bohdy Hedgcock, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Assistant Portfolio Manager for one of Clarion’s sector-specific open-end funds. Bohdy previously served as the Head of Capital Markets for the fund, overseeing investor relations and ESG initiatives. He is a member of Clarion’s ESG committee and chairs the Renewables subcommittee. Bohdy formerly had portfolio management responsibilities for a separate account and a series of value-add and opportunistic funds and worked with the Firm’s Investment Research Group. He joined Clarion Partners in 2007 and began working in the real estate industry in 2001. He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute.

Heather Hopkins, equity owner and Managing Director is the Chief Financial Officer of Clarion Partners. Heather is responsible for all portfolio and corporate financial activities for the Firm and oversees the Firm’s information technology functions. She was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Clarion’s diversified core fund and the Head of Portfolio Accounting. Heather joined Clarion Partners in 2015 and began working in the real estate industry in 1996. She is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of New York.​

Josh Kane is an equity owner and Managing Director with Clarion Partners. He serves as a Senior Account Executive within the Client Capital Management group. His primary responsibilities include capital raising, business development, and customizing client solutions for U.S. institutional investors and private wealth platforms, as well as select consultants and aggregators. Josh joined Clarion Partners in 2013 and began working in the real estate industry in 2008.

​Karen Kasteel, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Senior Account Executive within the Client Capital Management group. Karen manages relationships with U.S. institutional investors and works with them in allocating capital across a broad range of real estate strategies. Her experience includes institutional investor relations, product development, and investment execution in commercial real estate. She is on the Steering Committee of Clarion Partners’ Women’s Leadership Network. Karen joined Clarion Partners in 2019 and began working in the real estate industry in 2004.

​Dave Kutayiah, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Human Resources at Clarion Partners, responsible for managing all human capital activities for the Firm. His responsibilities include talent acquisition, management and development; compensation and benefits; employee engagement and social responsibility activities. He is a member of Clarion Partners’ Operating, Career Management, Social Responsibility Committees, Compensation Committee and an advisor to the Clarion Executive Board. Dave joined Clarion Partners in 2008 and began working in the financial services industry in 1996, supporting both public securities and private equity businesses. He is also an Adjunct Professor for the Human Resources Management Graduate Program in the School of Business at both Mercy College and Long Island University, NY.

​Charles Lathem, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Hospitality Investments at Clarion Partners. In this role he is responsible for the Firm’s investments in the hotel sector. Additionally he serves as portfolio manager for a separate account relationship. Charles joined Clarion Partners in 2006 and began working in the real estate industry in 1981.

​Kye Joon (KJ) Lee, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Asia at Clarion Partners. Based in New York, KJ oversees direct and indirect institutional investments from Asia into the Americas. He is also a Portfolio Manager for the separately managed account of a large, Asian sovereign wealth fund. KJ has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has been active in both Asian and U.S. markets with roles in development, acquisitions, and advisory services. With significant knowledge of both private real estate and cross‐border investments, KJ is a frequent speaker and contributor for industry and media groups. KJ joined Clarion Partners in 2013. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

​Michelle Levy, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Chief Operating Officer of Clarion Partners’ Client Capital Management Group and a member of the Firm's Operating Committee. Michelle manages the team that leads Clarion’s efforts in capital raising, client management, and corporate communications and distribution. Her direct responsibilities focus heavily on new product development, strategic Firm projects, and expansion of the Firm’s capital sources. Michelle’s broad experience in real estate includes portfolio management, capital management, and transaction execution in both debt and equity structures. She joined Clarion Partners in 2015 and began working in the real estate industry in 1988. Michelle is a member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate. ​

​Hugh Macdonnell is an equity owner and Managing Director at Clarion Partners and is a member of the Firm's Executive Board, Investment Committee, and Chair of the Operating Committee. As the Head of the Client Capital Management group, Hugh is responsible for the Firm’s global distribution efforts, including managing key client relationships, new product development, and all capital raising activities. As a senior partner, he also oversees a number of the Firm’s key funds and initiatives. He joined Clarion Partners in 2011 and began working in the real estate industry in 1991.

​Gwynne Murphy, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Global Consultant Relations within the Client Capital Management group. Gwynne focuses on cultivating key institutional investor relationships and leads the Firm’s business development with institutional consultants. She has a long history of providing investment advice and counsel to institutional investors globally. Gwynne joined Clarion Partners in 2012 and began working in the real estate industry in 1996.

Michael O’Connor, equity owner and Managing Director, is an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Clarion’s open-end multifamily fund where he shares responsibility for all facets of Fund management and strategy. Michael also directs Clarion's defined contribution strategies. Prior to joining Portfolio Management, Michael was an Acquisitions Officer with the Firm and structured investment transactions in the private market. He also previously served as a Vice President with Clarion’s Research Team. Michael joined Clarion Partners in 1997 and has over 30 years of real estate experience. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and previously served as co-president of the Defined Contribution Real Estate Council.

Richard Schaupp is an equity owner and Managing Director with Clarion Partners and leads the Portfolio Management teams for a number of client accounts, including the Clarion Partners Real Estate Income Fund (CPREX) and Clarion’s value-add/opportunistic platform. As lead Portfolio Manager, Rick has overall responsibility for the management and portfolio strategy of these relationships. From 2005-2012, Rick was the assistant portfolio manager for the Clarion Ventures series and a separate account relationship. Rick has participated in the acquisition, asset management, and development management of over $4.0BN of real estate. He originally joined Clarion Partners in 2000 and began working in the real estate industry in 1995. ​​

​Craig Tagen, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Portfolio Management for Separate Accounts. In this role he is responsible for the oversight of the Firm's separate account clients and managing the associated portfolio management staff. Additionally, Craig is a Portfolio Manager leading several client portfolios, and is the portfolio manager for a closed-end, comingled fund. ​​Craig is a member of the Firm’s Executive Board, as well as Clarion’s Investment, Operating and Valuation Committees. Craig joined the Firm in 1997 and began working in the real estate industry in 1984. 

Patrick J. Tully, Jr., equity owner and Managing Director, is the Chief Financial Officer of Clarion Partners. Pat is responsible for all portfolio and corporate financial activities for the Firm and oversees the Firm’s information technology functions. He is a member of the Firm’s Executive Board and Chairman of the Operating Committee. Pat joined Clarion Partners in 1998, began working in the real estate industry in 1994, and is a former Board Member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (“NCREIF”). Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey (inactive).

​Andrew Lowe, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Industrial Asset Management at Clarion Partners overseeing a team of 23 professionals responsible for managing in excess of 206 million square feet. Prior to this, he was responsible for the team that asset manages the Central and Southwest industrial markets totaling approximately 58 million sq. ft.  Andy is a member of the Clarion Partners Europe Investment Committee. He joined Clarion Partners in 2002 and began working in the real estate industry in 1994.  Andy is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and is an active member on NAIOP’s E-Commerce III Forum. He is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Texas.

Katie Vaz, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager for Clarion's core open-end fund. Katie shares responsibility for all facets of Fund management including acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and investor communications. Previously, she served as a portfolio manager for three of Clarion's separate account portfolios and also spent several years as a portfolio management associate for one of Clarion's sector-specific funds. Prior to focusing on portfolio management, she was an asset manager of office product in the New York tri-state and Florida markets.  Katie is a member of Clarion's ESG Committee and is the founder and co-chair of Clarion Partners' Women's Leadership Network.  Katie joined Clarion in 2005 and has 17 years of experience in the real estate industry.​

Jeroen Verheijden, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Co-Head of EMEA Distribution within the Client Capital Management group. Jeroen focuses on developing and servicing Firm client relationships throughout Europe and the Middle East, promoting both U.S. and European investment capabilities and distributing products. Jeroen joined Clarion Partners in 2012 and began working in the real estate industry in 2008.

​John Wanamaker, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Chief Technology Officer for Clarion Partners and a member of the Operating Committee. John oversees all aspects of technology infrastructure, applications and cyber security. John also leads the Asset Management Operations team. He joined Clarion Partners in 2005 and has over 30 years of experience as an IT professional.

Brian Watkins, equity owner and Managing Director at Clarion, is a Portfolio Manager for the Clarion Partners Real Estate Income Fund (CPREIF), with primary focus on acquisitions and asset management for the Fund. Prior to his current role, Brian served as Clarion’s Head of Asset Management - U.S. and, before that, he led Clarion’s national investment team as Head of Acquisitions. He began his career as an Asset Manager responsible for investments across various funds and separate account clients. Brian joined Clarion Partners in 1996 and began working in the real estate industry in 1993. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. ​

Nicole Welch, equity owner and Managing Director, is an Asset Management Officer at Clarion Partners. Nicole is a member of the Firm’s Operating Committee. Based in Dallas, She works with the Industrial Group and is responsible for managing the Western Region totaling over 82million sq. ft. Nicole was previously with JLL for nine years as a broker focused on big box industrial in Southern California. Additionally, she is a member of Clarion’s DEI Council and the Clarion Partners Women’s Leadership Network. Nicole joined Clarion Partners in 2017 and has been working in the real estate industry since 2004. She is a Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) Inland Empire and Southern Nevada Chapters.

​Thomas James, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Senior Acquisitions Officer. Based in New York, Tom focuses on acquisition opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the United States. Prior to this, he was responsible for the asset management of multifamily properties in metro New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Jacksonville. Additionally, Tom managed office properties in the Northeast and a national medical office portfolio. He has held several positions in portfolio management for Clarion’s core open-end fund and was a member of the corporate finance team. Tom joined Clarion Partners in 2005 and began working in the financial industry in 1998. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, a member of NAIOP and holds a CIPM designation. 

​Glenn Johnson, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Strategic Partnerships for Clarion’s Industrial Platform. He focuses on expanding key tenant relationships and developing new relationships with strategic new industrial prospects. Glenn joined Clarion Partners in 2015 and has 30 years of direct experience in the private equity real estate business. His experience also includes more than 20 years as a public fund trustee. Glenn is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

​Christine Kang, equity owner and Managing Director, is an Asset Management Officer and the Portfolio Manager for one of Clarion’s major institutional separate accounts. She is a member of the Firm's Equity Investment Committee. Christine joined Clarion Partners in 2017 and has been working in the real estate industry since 2001. Based in the Los Angeles office, she is on the Steering Committees of the CP Women’s Leadership Network, Clarion’s ESG Committee, and Franklin Templeton’s Asian Pacific Islander Business Resource Group. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves as a formal mentor for ULI’s Young Leadership Group.

Michael Marrone, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Industrial Transactions for the Firm, and the Portfolio Manager for one of Clarion’s institutional separate accounts. Based in Los Angeles, Michael is responsible for U.S. industrial acquisitions, dispositions and development joint ventures. Previously he was the Co-Head of U.S. Acquisitions for Clarion, focused on acquisition and development opportunities in Western portion of the U.S. He joined Clarion Partners in 2013 and began working in the real estate industry in 2005.

​Brad Davey, equity owner and Managing Director, is a senior acquisitions officer at Clarion Partners. Based in Dallas, he has acquisition and development responsibilities for the central region of the U.S. Brad has over 16 years of experience acquiring and managing industrial, multi-family, retail and office assets. Brad joined Clarion Partners in 2013 and began working in the industry in 2006. He is a member of Urban Land Institute’s multi-family gold council. Before his real estate career, Brad was a Captain in the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps.

​Reza Basharzad, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Senior Account Executive within the Client Capital Management group. Reza manages relationships with U.S. institutional investors, primarily on the west coast, and works with them in allocating capital across a broad range of real estate strategies. His experience includes institutional client and investor relations, underwriting, product development and risk assessment. Reza joined Clarion Partners in 2021 and began working in the real estate industry in 2003. 

John Turek is a Senior Vice President and Senior Account Executive in the Client Capital Management Group at Clarion Partners. John manages relationships with U.S. institutional investors based in the Southeast, working with them in allocating capital across Clarion’s strategies. He also leads capital raising in Latin America. Within Clarion Partners, he has worked in acquisition, asset management, and product development capacities. John joined Clarion Partners in 2013 and began working in the real estate industry in 2011. He currently serves on PREA’s Rising Leaders Committee.

​Kevin Bishop, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Product Specialist within the portfolio management team for Clarion’s open-end multifamily fund. Kevin shares responsibility for the management, strategy and distribution of the Fund, with a particular focus on business development and investor relations. Kevin joined Clarion in 2022 and began working in the industry in 1997. He holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society Boston and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). 

​Jason Glasser is an equity owner and Managing Director with Clarion Partners. He serves as a Portfolio Manager for Clarion’s value-add/opportunistic platform and is also responsible for overseeing three of the Firm’s separate account relationships. Jason focuses on portfolio performance, overseeing transactions, asset management, and investor communications. At Clarion Partners, he has participated in the acquisition, disposition, financing and asset management of over $3 billion of real estate. Jason joined the Firm in 2007.

​Janis Mandarino, equity owner and Senior Vice President, is a Portfolio Manager for the Clarion Partners Real Estate Income Fund (CPREX) and oversees Clarion’s separate account relationships. In her role, Janis has shared responsibility for formulating investment strategies and overseeing their execution through acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Janis’ prior experience includes positions in acquisitions, portfolio management, asset management, and corporate finance. Janis joined Clarion Partners in 2006 and began working in the finance industry in 2000. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). 

Janet (Souk) Lee is an equity owner and Managing Director with Clarion Partners. She serves as Assistant Portfolio Manager for Clarion’s open-end core fund. Her primary responsibilities include portfolio construction and performance, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions and asset management, and investor communications. She joined Clarion Partners originally in 2005 when she began working in the real estate industry, and then rejoined in 2019. Since 2019, she has been a portfolio manager for various Clarion funds and accounts.

​John DeBeradinis is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer for Clarion’s core diversified fund. He oversees financial reporting, cash management, investor relations and the legal, tax and capital structure aspects related to the fund. John joined Clarion in 2016 and began working in the real estate industry in 2009. He held management positions at firms that specialized in both retail and residential real estate before joining Clarion. John is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of New York. 

Tripp Braillard, Senior Vice President, serves as Head of Defined Contribution Distribution for the Client Capital Management Group. In this role, Tripp is focused on the distribution of Clarion’s products within the U.S. institutional defined contribution channel. Tripp joined Clarion Partners in 2022 and began working in the industry in 1993. He is Co-Chair of the Defined Contribution Real Estate Council (DCREC) Marketing Committee and is a member of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investments Association (DCIIA).

Blair Peach is the Chief Financial Officer of Clarion Partners Europe. He is responsible for all fund and corporate activities. Blair has managed and set up structures across Continental Europe and has been involved in a wide range of investments across Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Romania and Slovakia, amongst others. Blair became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. He joined Gramercy Europe in 2018 and began working in the industry in 2008. Blair has experience of credit strategy alternative funds and prior to that worked in audit focusing on financial services company audits. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Amy Brennan is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of one of Clarion’s sector-specific open-end funds. Based in the Dallas office, she is responsible for the accounting and financial functions of the fund, as well as client services. Amy joined Clarion Partners in 2004 and began working in the industry in 2004.

Sue Ansel, Equity Owner and Managing Director, is the Portfolio Manager of one of Clarion’s sector-specific, open-end funds. She is a member of the Executive Board and Investment Committee. As Portfolio Manager, Sue shares overall responsibility for Fund management and strategy, including the investment and operating policies of the Fund and managing the performance of the portfolio and operating management teams. With over 30 years of experience with Gables Residential, Sue continues to serve as President and CEO, positions she has held since 2012. Sue was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Gables Residential in 2005 and prior thereto, she held positions in acquisitions, development and operations. She joined Clarion in 2023 and began working in the industry in 1982. Sue is a Past Chairwoman of the National Multifamily Housing Council and also serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She serves on several other boards and committees including the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies Policy Advisory Board, the Advisory Board for Dallas Summer Musicals, and DePauw University’s Board of Trustees. Sue is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Christian Schulte Eistrup, Managing Director, is Co-Head of EMEA Distribution within the Client Capital Management group. Christian focuses on developing and servicing Firm client relationships throughout Europe and the Middle East, promoting both U.S. and European investment capabilities and distributing products. Christian joined Clarion Partners in 2023 and began working in the real estate industry in 2002.

Brent Jenkins is an equity owner and Managing Director with Clarion Partners. He is a member of the portfolio management team for the Clarion Partners Real Estate Income Fund (CPREX). Brent’s primary responsibilities include assisting with portfolio construction and performance, oversight of acquisitions, dispositions and asset management, and investor communications. Brent joined Clarion in 2023 with 30 years of experience in the real estate industry including over 20 years focused on real estate investment across a broad range of strategies. His background includes core aspects of portfolio management including subordinate debt and equity joint venture investment structuring as well as the purchase, sale, development, operations, and financing of commercial real estate across all major asset classes. As an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Brent sits on ULI's Residential Neighborhood Development Product Council.

Philippe Lapointe, Equity Owner and Managing Director, is an Assistant Portfolio Manager of one of Clarion’s sector-specific, open-end funds. Philippe has a wealth of investment and investor interface experience in the real estate business, especially in the multifamily sector, having previously worked in the capacity of President of a Canadian publicly-traded REIT where he founded and built a significant US-based multifamily platform. Philippe joined Clarion in 2023 and began working in the industry in 2008. He is also a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), the Urban Land Institute, and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Indraneel Karlekar, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Global Head of Research and Strategy at Clarion Partners. He is a member of Clarion’s Executive Board and Equity and Debt Investment Committees. Indraneel leads the research group in supporting the development of Firm-wide and business unit-specific investment strategy and advising on portfolio strategy through proprietary analytics and econometric forecasting. Additionally, he is responsible for macroeconomic analysis, market forecasting, and research support for capital raising and client services. Indraneel joined Clarion Partners in 2024 and has been working in the industry since 1999. He regularly appears on media to discuss macroeconomic and global real estate trends and is a member of NCREIF, PREA and the Real Estate Research Institute (RERI).

Kimberly Adams, equity owner and Managing Director, is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of Clarion's alternative property sector strategies globally. She is a member of the Firm’s Executive Board and Equity Investment Committee. Kimberly joined the Firm in 2024 and began working in the real estate industry in 1995. She serves as a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and is a PREA Board member.
