Thorben Schäfer is a Managing Director in the investment team at Clarion Partners Europe. He is responsible for the origination, financing, and execution of real estate acquisitions and developments across Continental Europe and has been involved in a wide range of investments across Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Thorben became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. He joined Gramercy Europe in 2015 and began working in the industry in 2014. Thorben was the president of the Land Economy Society and on the board of the Finance and Investment Society during his time at Cambridge University. He is fluent in German.

Harald Evers, Managing Director, is Clarion’s Head of Asset Management – Europe. He heads the European asset management operations from the company's office in London. Harald joined Clarion in 2025 and began working in the industry in 1994. Initially working across multiple asset sectors, he has been focusing on industrial and logistics assets in a Pan-European environment since 2013, holding senior positions in asset management and portfolio management. Harald is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a certified Business Mediator RICS/EUCON.

Jasper Petit, Managing Director, is Chief Strategy Officer for Clarion Partners Europe. Alongside CEO Alistair Calvert, he is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Company, across both new and existing product and business lines. Based in Amsterdam, Jasper has nearly 20 years of pan-European real estate experience. He joined Clarion Partners in 2024 and began working in the industry in 2005.

Blair Peach is the Chief Financial Officer of Clarion Partners Europe. He is responsible for all fund and corporate activities. Blair has managed and set up structures across Continental Europe and has been involved in a wide range of investments across Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Romania and Slovakia, amongst others. Blair became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. He joined Gramercy Europe in 2018 and began working in the industry in 2008. Blair has experience of credit strategy alternative funds and prior to that worked in audit focusing on financial services company audits. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.

​Rory Buck is a Managing Director at Clarion Partners Europe. He manages the investment team and oversees the origination, execution, and financing of all real estate acquisitions across the continent. Rory is a member of the Clarion Partners Europe Investment Committee. He became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. Rory joined Gramercy Europe in 2016 and began working in the industry in 2008.

Alistair Calvert is CEO of Clarion Partners Europe, which was originally ThreadGreen Europe and then Gramercy Europe. He established the business in 2006, launching its first fund in 2007, with notable transactions of over €5.3 billion since 2015. Alistair is a member of the Clarion Partners Europe Investment Committee. He became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. Alistair began working in the real estate logistics sector in 2000.
