Properties recognized as best-in-class for tenant satisfaction
Clarion Partners was named a winner of the 2023 Kingsley Excellence Awards, which recognize commercial real estate organizations that continually exceed industry standards and consistently deliver an outstanding tenant experience.* More than 115 properties owned by Clarion’s separate account and comingled funds (including seven retail, 21 office, and 88 industrial properties) across more than 35 U.S. markets received an overall satisfaction rate greater than the Kingsley Index.
To qualify for a Kingsley Excellence Award, a property’s tenant satisfaction must exceed the Kingsley Index™, one of the most comprehensive performance benchmarking databases in the commercial real estate industry.

The survey results provide the Clarion Asset Management team with critical information necessary to more effectively partner with our property managers to target specific areas for improvement.
