Clarion Partners was named a winner of the 2023 Kingsley Excellence Awards, which recognize commercial real estate organizations that continually exceed industry standards and consistently deliver an outstanding tenant experience.* More than 115 properties owned by Clarion’s separate account and comingled funds (including seven retail, 21 office, and 88 industrial properties) across more than 35 U.S. markets received an overall satisfaction rate greater than the Kingsley Index. 

To qualify for a Kingsley Excellence Award, a property’s tenant satisfaction must exceed the Kingsley Index™, one of the most comprehensive performance benchmarking databases in the commercial real estate industry.

In addition to using a data-based approach to recognize top-performing properties, the Kingsley Tenant surveys serve as an invaluable tool for providing insight into not only tenant satisfaction but also the performance of our property managers in their handling of day-to-day business. The survey results provide the Clarion Asset Management team with critical information necessary to more effectively partner with our property managers to target specific areas for improvement. The ultimate goal is always to deliver excellent service at all of our properties.​
