NEW YORK – Clarion Partners LLC, a leading real estate investment manager, announced today that Kimberly Adams will be joining the Firm's senior leadership team as a Managing Director in early 2024. In this new role, she will be responsible for spearheading Clarion's global strategies targeting alternative property sectors.
Adams joins Clarion after more than 20 years with JPMorgan, where for the last 10 years, she led the portfolio management team of its $40B+ flagship real estate investment strategy. Previously, Ms. Adams had been focused on asset management and acquisitions for JPMorgan, Prudential Real Estate, and LaSalle Investment Management.
